shantytown trip blog.
On Monday my whole class went to Shanty town and we learned how to break codes and solve riddles. And doing multiplication and finding clues and solving the clues, and measuring feet of the doors and shoes of the suspect.
The thief stole 1 pillowcase 2 blanket 1 fresh bread and stole 17 money.
The thief’s name was George Brown.
We weared old fashion clothes and a hat from Shantytown because some of the girls forgot clothes to bring our detective clothes that’s why we weared old fashion clothes at Shantytown. We met Sherlock Holmes and Miss Mears when Miss Mears gets angry she has a stick in her hand and deals with children. When we were doing multiplication we had to find groups of 2 x 9 and we found that the windows were in groups of 2 x 9, and then we found the church the church chairs were in groups of 2 x 9. But after multiplication we had lunch and after lunch it was play time. When me and my friends went in the jail we saw a scary man sleeping on a bed it was so scary. Then play time was over we went back to our class and then we solved 1 last riddle then we went to and it was time to go home.
